"Your beginning will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be."
— Job 8:7✦ Identity Declaration
"I am a precious being created by God the Creator, and like Abraham, I am a source of blessing."
We embrace a biblical self-image — understanding how deeply and intentionally God crafted each of us, and living as sources of blessing to those around us, just as Abraham did.
"You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession…"
— 1 Peter 2:9"I am a precious being created by God the Creator, and like Abraham, I am a source of blessing."
Every person bears the Imago Dei — the image of God. This truth forms the bedrock of our identity and shapes how we see ourselves and treat one another.
Just as Abraham responded in faith and became a blessing to many nations, we too become channels of God's grace when we walk in obedient trust.
A biblical self-image is formed together. Within the Korean Peace Church community, we build one another up as God's beloved children.
Service, Nurturing, and Evangelism — three God-given talents through which we expand His Kingdom across Auckland.
섬김 · Humble Serving
As Jesus washed the feet of his disciples, we serve Auckland's Korean community and its multicultural neighbours with humility. Service is the language of the Gospel.
양육 · Growing Disciples
We plant seeds of faith and nurture their growth. Our mission is to raise spiritually mature believers and form true disciples of Jesus Christ.
전도 · Sharing the Gospel
Proclaiming the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who have not yet received salvation is the very reason for our existence. We scatter Gospel seeds across Auckland.
We do not leave behind those whose faith is shaking. We walk alongside them, hand in hand, toward deeper trust in God. Everyone can grow within His grace.
"Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve"
The foundational vision of Korean Peace Presbyterian Church of Auckland

Auckland
There are specific, concrete people God has called us to reach with the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ — for the expansion of His Kingdom.
Those already within the church community who are wavering or struggling in their faith. We approach them with the love and grace of Jesus Christ — we never give up on a single person.
Among Auckland's Korean diaspora and its diverse multicultural neighbours, those who have not yet encountered Jesus Christ — they too deserve to know God's love. We go to them.
Our love and service extend beyond the Korean community to the whole of Auckland. In this multicultural city, Korean Peace Church serves as a Gospel bridge across all peoples and ethnicities.
Beyond individual salvation, we pray and act for God's reign to come upon families, communities, and society at large. We are committed to fulfilling Jesus's missionary vision right here in Auckland.
In New Zealand's largest city, we are fulfilling the Great Commission — making disciples of all nations, beginning right here in Auckland.
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…"
— Matthew 28:19Over the next two years, in partnership with Auckland churches, we will concretely carry out Jesus's missionary vision.
Now · Starting Point
We are building close partnerships with Korean churches across Auckland and laying out a two-year united evangelism roadmap. Prayer and planning begin together.
Year 1 · Implementation
Together with Auckland churches, we launch our first community-facing evangelism effort. Uniting the talents of service, nurturing, and evangelism to share God's love in tangible ways.
Year 2 · Expansion
Building on Year 1, we expand to a wider area with more churches. The salvation of even one person is our joy and our goal — we press forward with hope.
Through united evangelism with Auckland churches, we will support Jesus's missionary vision. This is our confession and our promise before God.
